Our showcase invites Bibb County sophomores, juniors and seniors (public, private or homeschooled) to participate.

Students Compete for College Scholarships
The Art & Talent Showcase is a special event hosted each year by the Kiwanis Club of Macon. A total of $5,500 in collegiate scholarships will be awarded.
This showcase is the only event of its kind in Macon where high school students from throughout Bibb County have the opportunity to come together in a talent and art contest.
Scholarships
Scholarships in the following amounts will be given both art and talent areas:
1st Place: $1,500
2nd Place: $750
3rd Place: $500

Students who perform in the high school Talent and Art Showcase not only entertain but they compete for scholarships to their college of choice.

This event is a great platform to showcase the art and creative skills of students. The showcase is a great way for students to gain experience in presenting their art to the public.

The number of participants is limited, so students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

The Kiwanis Club of Macon grants college scholarships every year through its Hamilton Holt Scholarship Fund and has awarded over $25,000 over the last five years.
The club recently hosted its tenth Teen Driving Roadeo where local law enforcement officers and safety professionals conduct hands-on driving experiences for beginning drivers throughout Middle Georgia.
